1. How many guests can I accommodate at your venue?

Our banquet hall in Las Vegas, NV can accommodate as many guests as you wish. It all depends on the table arrangements and decoration that you prefer. The general capacity of our wedding hall is 50 to 350 guests. If you want to have a better idea of the venue, you can visit our facebook page and check out the pictures that our guests have posted there.

2. Can you handle the whole event planning and wedding decoration or you can only provide the food?

Our friendly staff is always ready to lend you a helping hand with the general planning or the whole event and suggest to you what decoration and floral arrangements can fit your requirements and desired wedding style best. In addition to this, we will prepare delicious meals for you and your guests and, of course, will clean up everything afterwards.

3. Can you customize my wedding hall decoration or you have a few options I can choose from?

All our customers have the option to choose from a set of colorful wedding arrangements we have in stock. Of course, if you have any special requirements we can order the type of tablecloth, silverware, glassware, paintings, theme party decorations, etc. We can also take care of the band to play on your special day. Just give us a call at (702) 751-5277 a few months in advance to share your ideas with us, and all your wishes will come true!

4. Can you host other events different from a wedding reception?

Besides helping you celebrate the most special day in your life, Terrace Events also hosts many other important events. Here is a short sample list of the celebrations we can organize:

5. What are your menu options?

We have three main menu options you can choose from:

  • Mexican Menu
  • Italian Menu
  • American Menu

If you want to learn more about what each one of them includes, you can call our friendly team, and we will provide you with the details you need. If you want to mix dishes from different types of meals or have some vegetarian guests who will need special meals, we can also take care of that. This is why we are one of the most professional wedding reception organizers in town!

6. Do you offer discounts?

We offer something better – our monthly specials! We all know that Las Vegas, NV is the most wanted place for a wedding ceremony. If your date is flexible, we can add you to our mailing list and inform you when can you get the best price for your celebration. We even host last minute weddings as long as our venue is available!

7. Can you provide me with a photographer to picture my special moments during the reception?

Normally, couples who rent our wedding venue prefer to use a photographer that they have arranged for the ceremony in Church or for their Bachelor/Bachelorette parties. It is not our normal practice to provide photographers, but if you need one, Terrace Events will take care of contacting an affordable professional. Just advise us that you need a cameraman in advance, so we can have the time to arrange someone professional!
